- Scribd is YouTube for written material. The public uploads all kinds of written matieral including tech guides, manuals, books, etc. All is free and probably illegal.

Lot of concentration on mystery, fantasy, adventure fiction, and science fiction.

- Salon is a publication that reviews movies and books. They also have a chat room.
